General Refund Policy

At SINUSA LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services for individuals preparing to study, work, or relocate to the United States. Because our services are customized and time-based, we ask that all clients review the following policy before purchasing or booking any service.

All service bookings made through www.sinusa.us.com are final once confirmed. Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed consultations or delivered digital materials.

 

However, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please review our cancellation terms below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule a consultation session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable, but we may offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling depending on availability.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of:

 

  • Technical failures on our part

  • Service not rendered as described

  • Other unforeseen or extraordinary issues

  • If you miss a scheduled consultation without notice, we reserve the right to withhold refunds. We encourage clients to notify us promptly if they are unable to attend.
